The rich always go too far.

 Little tapeworm of a student comes in 19 minutes early! That's a record.  Previous record was 15 minutes early.  I'm astonished at the rich; how they expect one to chip in extra time, even despite their wealth and my relative poverty.  The worst was when - on my way out to get a smoothie and escape their benighted tyranny, the older brother comments: What about my brother!  Sorry mate: I've got to eat, otherwise I'll give a bad lesson, I say. The shameless presumptiousness of some people!

New ways of doing things

I noticed for the first time today that the woman who calls herself my girlfriend doesn't take the same care in placing my helmet back on top of my bike as she does her own. 

Having just run and having gotten the cobwebs out of my ears I noticed this and I lodged my helmet over the hump where my speedometer lies. It took a little care to do that and it shows me a new side of her too. She wasn't willing to do that much for me.
