 The closest you'll ever get to a permanent orgasm is mania. In a manic state, the victim is bombarded with pleasure-giving chemicals that simply don't relent. This can lead to a wellbeing never heretofore experienced and even cause the victim to experience God-like powers or to feel that they have discovered the meaning of life, something that has never been revealed to anyone else before.
