Scrambled cities: If you're not gonna do the work(on your soul), then you might as well work til you die

There are two tiers in normal life. Those who are survive and those who thrive.  But nothing is a mistake in life: Nothing comes by chance. You have to prepare for it.  If you thought life was about making money and beating out the Jones's, you've lost already.  Life is: Desire for connection. All unhealthy competition is isolating. We live in an isolated-enough world already. This connection comes from a surprising place: Self-acceptance. A lot of us need to go back to the classroom. Emotional Support for Those Taking on too Much

I first began to realize the problem this year:  that everyone in the world is suffering from one of two major problems:

Taking on too much or Releasing too much

Those who release too much are our evil bosses. They take out their discomfort on those who don't deserve it simply because they can. They can also come in the form of the healthy persona, like Russel Brand for instance.

In their negative form they let hell loose on the world because they don't want to internalize it. In other words, narcissists. In their healthy form, they give back to the world by releasing back positive influence, through empathy, fighting the cause of the downtrodden etc.

But those who take on too much are the people who get taken for a ride and are locked into the fear of releasing their innermost fears in the form of something creative, like art or even something physical like martial arts.

Which One Are You?

Are you the type of person who wants to imprint their image on the world and manages to do so? Or are you the type of person who takes everything in and never says how they feel?
