 There's nothing like the ideal. 

We all have a picture of heaven. It's a place and moment where there's health and wholeness. It's a place where we feel rich in the gifts of life, and where we don't condemn others; but give them our greatest value in this life.  

Right now, my head's a rat's nest. It feels like things aren't going to work out. 

But when I do yoga, when I feel the sinews and fascia release a healing balm throughout my body, even in the most poverty-afflicted moments of health.
